I've been reminded about something recently concerning youth ministry and ministry in general. With all of the talented men in ministry, we are capable of doing many things on our own. However, without the work of the Spirit, we can never really accomplish the work of God. Most of us would acknowledge this, but do we really do ministry that way. Although I am a firm believer in excellence in ministry, may we never get too caught up in the programs, events, and procedures that we lose sight of a desperate need for God's blessing.

Falls Way Short
I recently read a blog by an MD about spending time with family for Christmas. While this article is warm and fuzzy, and does seem to foster family time, I cannot help but feel that it falls short of the true meaning of Christmas. Am I alone in this? Check out the article.
